As of Today I have completed 2 deals! First a small home close to the Highschool selling to a great family looking to turn a profit! Second a great commercail property on main street to a gentleman looking for office space! So far a great start to the new year! With all this interest in January we are keeping are fingures crossed that this is a sign of good things to come in the spring!!
